Card payments
with no monthly fee.

No. A standard European card costs 2.9% + 9 CZK before tax. Premium, UK and international cards have their own rate in the price list. A payment in a currency other than the primary one has a 2% conversion surcharge. You set the primary currency in your merchant details; for businesses in Czechia it is the koruna. If a customer disputes a payment with their bank, the dispute costs 550 CZK and the disputed amount is taken from your balance. A won dispute returns the money. There is no monthly fee and a failed payment costs nothing. On a refund the payment fee is not returned.

Prices exclude tax. For companies in Czechia we add 21% tax to the fees. For VAT-registered businesses in another EU country we add no tax, they account for it themselves (reverse charge). Every month you get a tax invoice for all fees.

The service is only for companies and sole traders, not for consumers. You cannot sell illegal goods or restricted activities, for example counterfeits, drugs, weapons or gambling without a licence. The full rules are in the terms.

Your company, the people who run it and the payout account are verified online. It is often quick, but if further documents are needed it can take several business days. Until verification is complete you can try everything with a test key.

Payouts are always free. Once you have at least 10,000 CZK available, it is sent automatically to the account from verification. A smaller balance waits for more sales. The first payout leaves no earlier than 14 days after the first payment, later ones usually arrive within 3 business days.

The disputed amount is taken from your balance straight away and the bank asks for evidence. You send it in the app under Disputes (invoice, proof of delivery, communication with the customer). If you win, the amount is returned. A dispute costs 550 CZK before tax and is charged even if you win.
