What we process

• Atlayo ID data you approve at sign-in: name, phone, e-mail, language, profile photo.
• Billing details you enter.
• Operational data: call and text records (numbers, time, duration, price), eSIM data usage, sign-in IP addresses.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.

Why

To provide and bill the service, meet legal obligations (accounting, telecom regulation) and protect you and us from fraud.

Retention

Call records are kept for 6 months, text content for 12 months, accounting documents for 10 years.
