1. Services

Atlayo Voice provides prepaid data eSIM plans, phone number rental, voice calls and texts. Services are paid from prepaid credit.

2. Credit and payments

Credit is topped up by card (minimum 50 CZK). An invoice is issued after each payment. Credit cannot be transferred. By topping up you agree that the service starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day right to withdraw. A top-up is not refunded to the card. If an order fails, the amount goes back to your credit.

3. eSIM

Plan validity starts on the first connection at the destination. A never-installed eSIM is refunded to credit within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for device compatibility.

4. Phone numbers

Numbers renew monthly from credit. Without enough credit the number is suspended and released after 14 days. Some countries require identity or address verification under local rules.

5. Prohibited use

Using the service for unsolicited calls or texts, autodialling, fraud, illegal activity or artificial traffic is prohibited. We may restrict or block accounts suspected of abuse.

6. Emergency calls

The service is not a replacement for regular mobile service for emergency calls. Use your regular SIM to call 112.
