Identity verification for numbers

Regulators in many countries (e.g. Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Australia) require the number holder to have a verified address or identity. The US, Canada and the UK usually do not.

1. After ordering, the number shows Awaiting verification.
2. We e-mail you the documents needed (ID, proof of address, company registry extract).
3. After approval the number goes live, usually within 1–3 business days.

If verification is not completed within 30 days we cancel the order and refund the first month to your credit.
